Situated at Ski Mont Rigaud in Rigaud, Quebec, Canada, together with Mont Rigaud we have created a first of it's kind in the region: a fully functional obstacle training course/circuit on the mountain!
This obstacle course, designed by Outlaw OCR coach Shaun Filiatrault with Mont Rigaud is a 5km obstacle course featuring 18 obstacles and 377m of positive/negative elevation gain.
This training course is available for all to use, although we are now happy to offer 1 on 1 private training sessions to work with athletes on obstacle technique/efficiency, running technique/efficiency, race strategy, pacing, and more.
